1. Return Window
We proudly offer a 30-Day Return Policy.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- All original tags, accessories, and packaging materials must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Please Note: Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined and returned to the customer.
3. Return Shipping Costs
We believe in fair and transparent return policies.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a women's bag that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, Bag will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and you may choose either:
- A full refund, or
- A free replacement (subject to product availability).
Customer Remorse / Change of Mind
If you wish to return your order because:
- You changed your mind
- You ordered the wrong color
- You selected the wrong style
- You no longer want the item
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Restocking Fees
We value our customers and believe returns should be straightforward.
Bag does NOT charge any restocking fees.

5. How to Start a Return
Starting a return is easy.
Step 1 – Contact Us

- Your Order Number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims)
Step 2 – Receive Return Instructions
Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return authorization and detailed instructions.

6. Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post your refund.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
- Return your original purchase following the return process.
- Once your return is approved, place a new order for your preferred item.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, customization, and clearance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Engraved or customized items
- Products marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards (if applicable)
